Steps to reproduce

Have the same encounter details in the ClinicalDocument.componentOf.encompassingEncounter and in the Encounters section of the CDA. Convert to FHIR.

What did you expect to happen?

If the encompassingEncounter is the same as one of the encounters from the Encounters section, only one will be created.

What is actually happening?

Duplicate Encounter resources are created.
