Also I notice that in the dashboard, you have info about "Organization" for each document, but I don't see that in the documents returned to the webhook. Is there a way to get that information?

This is mainly b/c we have a DocumentDTO that we share with devs, and use DocumentReference resources elsewhere in the API... and on the dash

Suggested solution

Let's just use DocumentReference everywhere to describe docs, so we don't have to constantly modify the DTO
