Permanent freeze delegate allows changes to child asset #46

This item is frozen on a collection level via a permanentFreezeDelegate, however it can still be altered by the owner.

I was able to list this item on a non-custodial marketplace which involves delegating transfer, and freeze authority, and freezing the asset.

Expected behaviour:
All CPI calls on the asset level should fail if the parent collection is frozen.
