Limitations doc does not mention static binaries on Linux. Doc should:

  1. Mention why they are not supported (and that they won't be anytime soon)
  2. That Go is sometimes compiled statically by default
  3. How to detect static binary (file ...)
  4. How to make Go compile dynamically
