Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the users don't know what latest yaml to use for the values.yaml configuration

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. User runs cht-deploy init --project-name=<the-project-name>
  2. Latest values config gets saved into the current directory named the-project-name-config-values.yaml
