Switch to renovate for dependency updating?

Greenkeeper feels a bit chatty lately. Not sure if we want to maybe switch to something like https://renovatebot.com/ and schedule package update PRs to a specific date/time (see mozilla/watchdog-proxy's renovate.json config for example).

Or, if this is being truly retired, maybe disable Greenkeeper and archive the repo.
