Option to automatically play video when tab is switched #1298

When the tab is switched from only one video playing in full screen to another tab, it could automatically switch into MinVid and automatically switch back when I select the active tab.
That would be a great feature, IMHO. Of course, it should be optional, so users should be able to switch that behaviour off.
