document website cann't get the css in china, it's very very inconvenit for the use. #285

Once upon a time, China has no access problem.

Also a long time not be able to get the css, would you please switch the cdn
z9t4u9f6.stackpathcdn.com
or not use the cdn

no access problem happens to the HTML and picutres.
