Failing subjects summary

I think it would be helpful to have an option (or to just make this the default) to output a list of failing subjects at the end of the run output. That way you could see easily at a glance which classes and methods need attention without having to read large amounts of output when there are multiple failures. This is particularly helpful in slow or remote contexts like CI where incremental results take longer.
