Please someone help me . Error: not found: YoutubeDL

Hello, I am Installing ytdlp on windows 10.
I am trying to transcribe audio with this repo . https://github.com/mayeaux/generate-subtitles
In the documentation mentioned I properly installed ytdlp you can the verbose outputs.
When i run npm start with https://github.com/mayeaux/generate-subtitles this repo I am failing and getting error

The same problem with you. But I solved through the following steps:
[1] You should download yt-dlp.exe, rename it YoutubeDL.exe
[2] You should download ffmpeg-release-essentials.zip ,unzip it and you can find these files in bin directory: ffmpeg.exe,ffplay.exe,ffprobe.exe
[3] The last step is that you need to place these 4 files in the root directory in project, and run npm start again. Then you can start up the project.

Root directory means where the our project repository is downloaded and node modules installed Right?
