How to show only the next two nodes of the active post on the graph?

Hi, thank you for this awesome template! I adapted the graph code for my blog (https://sol2070.in/tags).

I would like to show the graph also in each post, but as my graph is very packed, is there a way to limit the nodes shown? Like, for example, showing only the nodes highlighted on hover. (I'm not a developer, just adapt some portions of code)
