For switch between regions (hours, minutes, seconds and frames) use arrows or calculator button ":", or choose reqion using mouse on calculstor screen directly.
Button "/dg" (Alt+/) is operation "divide time by number".
For Windows - simple use file bin/calc_t.exe (Keep other files is not necessary).
On other OS use: java -jar calc_t.jar
