Email field removal issue in 'Send Example' modal

What happened?

When we create an email in Mautic and want to send a sample email to an email address, it allows us to remove the email field and send it to no one. The only email field for sending a test email should not be allowed to be removed; the "x" button should be disabled or removed.

How can we reproduce this issue?

Step 1: Go to Channels > Email.
Step 2: Click on "+ New" to create a new email.
Step 3: Select the option to create a "Template email".
Step 4: Fill in the "Subject" and "Internal name" fields.
Step 5: Choose an email template.
Step 6: Then, click on "Save & Close".
Step 7: On the email details page, at the top right corner, click on the "Send Example" button.
Step 8: A modal will appear for sending an example email. Click on the "X" button next to the email field.

Step 9: It allows us to remove the only email field available. Now, click on "Send", and note that it permits sending an email to no one.
