What happened?

Mautic try again emails with the wrong domain name and does not continue with other emails when using console mautic:broadcasts:send

Error looping as long as the email is not manually deleted ...

How can we reproduce this issue?

• Create a segment and add email addresses with domain names that cannot be resolved (wrong domain name)
• Create an email, link it to the segment, put a publication date
• Send an email with console mautic:broadcasts:send --batch=1 --limit=1
• When script send a wrong mail, the script does not continu and no delete or avoid wrong mail (try again send wrong mail)
