We need to add WAF rules added to our endpoints for security reasons.

Tech steps:

Add WAF rules to the to the user and demo API routes

Recommended Rules:
Core rule set (CRS) managed rule group
Admin protection managed rule group
Known bad inputs managed rule group
AWS WAF Bot Control rule group

Validation steps:
