We have had to comment out a large number of likes in our PR and merge CI because when we try to Configure AWS CRedential we get the error 'Could not assume role with OIDC: Not authorized to perform sts:AssumeRoleWithWebIdentity'. This is investigation to resolve the erro and uncomment the commented code.

Expected outcomes:

The CI passes successfully for PR and merge with commented out code having been reintroduced. Learnings shared with the team.
