[Bugfix] AADev, I can run eslint run-test and see results which do not include eslint configuration errors #270

When the folder structure of the repo changed, it broke our eslinting

Tech steps:

Fix eslint configuration
Make eslint test part of our CI so eslint results cannot be ignored

Validation steps:

See eslint working as part of the CI, and that there are no eslint configuration based errors being thrown
