Windows crash with a WDF_VIOLATION? #681

To reproduce for me

  1. Start GIMX once, use it for a bit and close it.
  2. Try to start again, inputs don't work for some reason. Close it again.
  3. Unplug GIMX adapter from the PC and plug it back into the PC.
  4. Try to start GIMX again, windows will crash at the stage where it asks you to press the guide button on the xbox controller.

Additional notes

I'm using a USB capture card to get the video and audio from the console onto my PC, not sure how that would affect it.

Update:
Crashed again without unplugging it or anything...
