Error in converting the file

Describe the bug
So I converted the source_prepared.py into executable using the cmd "pyinstaller", then it succeed to convert into executable but when I open the executable file which is the source_prepared.exe then this error will show:

help me guys to fix this error please. thankyou

btw I'm currently using python-3.12.2 and also I tried 11.x version of python and get the same error.
