I didn't want to open a new issue as it has already been opened

Pictures don't show up in the article viewer, they instead display, an image place holder

This debug note stood out

from the debug log below, but I'm not sure

Reproduction steps

1. Open RssGuard and Add new Account
2. Select the (RSS/RDF/ATOM/JSON) and complete account setup
3. Load initial set of feeds? Yes
4. After enabling Display attachments directly in article inside Settings > Feeds & Articles > Articles > Internal article viewer
5. Any rss containing an image doesn't load up even navigating to the URL of the image directly (through the article viewer) for the affected versions listed below

You use "lite" version which has image loading disabled by default.

Right click into article -> Enable remote resources (or something like that).

I appreciate the fast response sir and thank you for a good piece of software you've come to make!

I've double checked and it's already on by default (reapplied), restarted rssguard and even then its still seems to me this version (4.6.6) fails to fetch the image (I don't know) and it's not a network issue

Tested and I do not get the problem here, but tried to make a fix nonetheless. It is building now. Test when done via devbuild pls.

Good day @stvv0000! I tried the version you mentioned on win7 machine, unfortunately it's a 32bit system. But looking at the error and google, I've found another project Error on Windows 7 "GetSystemTimePreciseAsFileTime" with the same issue and someone mentioned It's not possible because the toolkit we use (Qt) has dropped support for all Windows releases older than Windows 10., it maybe an issue with the qt version; and on stack overflow, someone mentioned I was able to solve the GetSystemTimePreciseAsFileTime problem by using Vxkex https://github.com/vxiiduu/VxKex. I'ven't personally tried this solutions, but hopefully this helps with your situation
