In our latest preprint on carbohydrates is mentions that parameters are part of polyply which they sort of are. If you are looking for those parameters please read this discussion.

this has been solved; but due to the lack of missing parameters for branched Dextran the example from the NatComm paper currently does not work on basis of the library so I keep this open
