In gui.py, I use subprocess to run sys.executable . Generally, this works fine, but when I compile it into an exe file, sys.executable becomes the output exe file. This executable file, whenever run, will always execute the normal startup instead of running the script I specified. Is there any solution to this problem in cx_Freeze?
