It is going to be a difficult one but we have to ditch Django 2.2.

Two steps:

Upgrade to Django 3.0
Upgrade to Django 4.0

Broken stuff on Django 3.2

Login page CSS is broken, I suspect all django-allauth stuff has broken styles
