建议Webhook增加评论相关的事件触发 #223

您好，请问是否可以新增一个webhook的触发事件，当添加/编辑/删除/转发评论的时候可以有消息推送出来，便于跟其他系统做对接。或者说目前有什么方式能够支持上述的描述吗
