我做过一个不用切割，直接用cnn做四个分类器, 效果很好。

It depends on the difficulty of the captcha. The above capthca needs 1000 RMB and you need to pay the samples labeling cost. 50 samples cost 1 RMB. It needs over 30000 samples.
