On rare occasions pointer lock will fail while dragging a scene to rotate the camera when using <lume-camera-rig>, and a selection will occur (the blue highlight may appear), even when touch-action:none is set in CSS. When this happens the state gets stuck and the scene is no longer draggable.

This has happened in Chrome-based browsers. It seems like it may be a browser bug relating to pointer cancel.
