Single-character ellipsis "…" is counted as part of a hashtag

What happened?

A single-character ellipsis is counted as part of a tag when it appears at the end. So "#foo…" links to a tag named "foo…" instead of one named "foo".

Reproduce the Bug

Type "#foo…" and "#foo..."

Expected Behavior

Both "#foo…" and "#foo..." link to "#foo".

Providing this feature would break use cases of other users I afraid.
May insert a space to avoid this.
