Antivirus detects this tool as malware #3

message when running "Little Registry Cleaner.exe":

Operation did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software.

When scanned with Windows Defender directly, it is detected as "PUADIManager:Win32/OutBrows"
When scanned with VirusTotal, 14/72 security venders flag the file as malicious: report link

I do not know if the tool is actually malicious as I am not knowledgeable enough to examine the code, but I will not be using it because of this.
