Context

To track VCs calculated from different logic, as well as different schemas, we'd like to add versioning information to the VC, which includes:

  • a parachain_runtime field, which represents the parachain business logic
  • a sidechain_runtime field, which represents the sidechain business logic
  • Enable use of JSONSchema in VC #2126

We are using a relatively "verbose" way to record it for better readability, in addition, the JSONSchema is a link to existing HTTP resource, so it doesn't really fit into a semver style.

Later we could combine them into an x.y.z format.
