What's the context and background of this issue?
Currently Litentry discord bot does respond to non id link related chat

Task

What needs to be done here?
Need make it only respond to id link related chat

Prioritise it as the whole bot is gone now :(

The bot was not removed and but has been configured to respond to verify channel, moving it back to medium priority.
