Stuck sats in LND channels, due to 'waiting to close'

Anyone know how to retrieve lost SATs from channel closures, due to running out of disk space on our node?

I tried restoring the SCB file via CLI command on our current running node and I can see the old channels there now but it just says "waiting to close".

The only SCB file I have from the old node, was a recent one (where all the channels were already in the 'waiting to close' state).

Any help would be greatly appreciated as it's a big chunk of our investment :(

UPDATE Feb 1st 2024:

So after getting my VM up and running again, syncing the blockchain and letting it settle overnight I've logged into Lightning Terminal and tried to close a channel (not force close) and I get this error:

ERROR CLOSING THE CHANNEL:
RPC error: code = Unknown desc =
cannot close channel with state:
ChanStatusLocalDataLoss

Any ideas please?
