Description

I've installed the lightning wallet Android App on a Google Pixel 3 phone. Every time I start the app it goes back to the welcome screen with "The fastest way to transfer Bitcoin" and then goes to the screen with "Recovery phrase?" and asks if I want to generate a new wallet or restore an existing wallet.

I've already created a wallet once, and restored it once. The initial creation worked fine and restoration worked fine, but when I open the app again (even without restarting phone) it puts me back on that welcome screen.

Phone details

Android version 9, Security path July 5th 2019.
Kernel version 4.9.148

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  • Open all
  • Generate new wallet
  • Close app
  • On open, welcome screen and generate/restore prompt appears

Expected behavior

  • Opening the app should show my existing wallet.

Actual behavior

  • App asks me to generate/restore a wallet.
