[Bug - UI] The scrollbar for multiple affixes is bugged

Reproduction steps:

1. Open a new filter.
2. Add enough new affixes until a scrollbar appears.

Expected: Scrollbar behaves normally.
Current: Clicking on the left half, the scrollbar interact as intended. Clicking on the right half of the scrollbar, nothing happens, and it seems like you are interacting with the background (a dragging motion will select the tier/quality text to the right, for example).

I can provide a video of the error if needed.

Please be aware the video was recorded on an older release, if you have trouble reproducing I can recheck if this bug still exists in the current release.
