你是说header和footer一直显示在页面上吗？你用的overlap模式的话要给listview设置不透明的背景色遮挡 ，因为这个模式就是利用视图遮挡实现的，follow模式不会出现这个问题，注意看demo都有这些情况的示例。
如果你说的是空数据情况下不希望用户继续拖拽出header和footer的话，你可以调用setEnableHeader,setEnableFooter禁用拖拽即可
