[Bug] Noi Ask 开启多窗口时无法同步Perplexity #130

复现步骤

开启Cache Mode
在Noi Ask中选择Gemini、Perplexity、Copilot（全部都已经登陆）
使用Noi Ask Prompts，手动输入文字，仅Gemini和Copilot同步，但Perplexity没有被同步

但有趣的是，如果只打开Perplexity是可以同步的

初步怀疑是Perplexity adaptive UI导致这个bug
