I like having sidebar available (visible) but it's quite large. Would prefer if we can drag to adjust width, similar to Finder sidebar :)

Alternatively, something like the settings sidebar collapse would be ideal - collapsing the sidebar to a smaller width that only shows the icons, but the sidebar remains visible :)

The sidebar and the main area are different view layers, making it challenging to customize their sizes through user dragging (due to complex interactions and layout calculations). However, it is possible to introduce a configuration to set a minimized display (for example, showing only a vertical column of icons).
