It's not a bug. The prohibition on users deleting the current URL is intentional. This is because if users were to delete the current link, determining how the main screen should load a new URL would become a complex issue. It also ensures that there is at least one loadable URL on the main screen at all times. If you want to delete a specific URL, it's recommended not to have it in an active state.
