Issue that this suggestion fixes

My main issue with Mac's menu bar is that the notch hides a lot of my icons. Saving 3 dots on shortened event names would be amazing.

Solution description

I would love to se a checkbox or dropdown to either change the 3 dots to something else or completely remove it.

Alternatives considered

I don't see any alternatives, since the settings don't support this.
