assume the user device is secure and internet connection is at least connected to a secure and trusted vpn.
Is lbry able to support user hopping around vpns on each run while able to use normally just as a user with a public internet connection?

my expectations

• end 2 end connection for all activities user with lbry/community servers(from register account to using it)
• fully local encrypted lbry wallet without need to access internet except during transaction.
• easy backupable lbry wallet and lbry app configs so no need depend on servers to sync.
