Hotkey CTRL Plus does not zoom in the image

Environment:Laptop, Win 10 64 , Pixelitor 4.2.3

Steps to reproduce:
1.Open an image or create a new one
2.Press the ctrl and plus keys at the same time

Actual result: the image is not scaled up
Expected result: the image is scaled up

Using the + key on the numpad should always work, but using the + key on the keyboard is guaranteed to work only if the Windows input language is set to English.

For the time being this is fixed in GitHub by mentioning the numpad in the tip of the day. One day I might rewrite the keyboard handling.
