start position when swiping in same directions as scrolling

if for example the user swipes up to a frame that is a y-scroller, the start position should be automatically bottom. Now when swiping up it will scroll all the way up as the default start position is ‘top’

of course this should hold for all directions

should that one happen if the start position is the default? (e.g. manually setting start position to e.g. center will always scroll to center) NOTE: in particular if noScrolling is active and start position is center, the swipe should definitely go to center
