App upgarder not working in both android and ios

The update popup appears it redirects to Goole Play, the app button does not appear to update, it appears to open the app as if it were already updated when i come back and check the app content it was same on the old code

Same thing happened with me, in my app

The upgrader package only directs the user to the Play Store. After that, it is up to the Play Store how it allows the user to update the app.
