为什么不考虑从Load实现DemoReferenceLibrary库的载入?

也可以，只是之前在3.x中试过LoadFromAssemblyPath。使用这个方法加载程序集，会导致使用Unload方法卸载ALC的时候，文件依然被占用，导致插件升级失败。
