I.e. contain="workarea|output|global|no" (default: workarea). If growing window beyond selected containment, move window in the opposite direction to keep the growing side at the boundary. Do not resize if nowhere left to.

Also for ResizeTo: direction="{top|bottom|center}-{left|right|center}|center" to select where size change will go.
