When parsing a feed, the result stored in feed['author'] is incorrect. It appears to be coming from itunes:owner instead of itunes:author.

For example, in parsing the feed https://feeds.megaphone.fm/gtalk the result stored in feed['author'] is "Girl Be Heard" instead of "G!rl Be Heard & Broadway Podcast Network"
