auto-dry-run mode

Instead of having to click on the dry-run link/button I want Monokle to automatically dry-run any values-file or kustomization that I select when I'm in the corresponding accordion panels (not when I'm in the explorer).. this makes it quicker for me to discover the feature and further debug the output.

I also want Monokle to automatically reload the current dry-run if any of the underlying files where updated - either externally or inside monokle.. this makes it super-easy for me to debug changes I make

since not everyone might want this behaviour we could have a setting to disable it in the global settings.. !?
