Remove Weave from documents and repository

What would you like to be added

Weave CNI should probably be removed from the documentation, and later on, references from the repository.

Why is this needed

The company providing development and support Weaveworks has stopped operations.

There is apparently a fork : https://github.com/rajch/weave
If it ends up maintained, switching the reference might enough.
