all in one 的安装方式是不是会自动创建一个默认的k8s集群

是的，会自动创建K8s集群的。如果已经有K8s集群了，可以参考文档修改参数，只部署KubeCube，https://www.kubecube.io/docs/installation-guide/install-on-k8s/
