Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

When deleting the kube-vip deployment with control plane lb mode enabled, the controlplane VIP, iptables(masquerade mode) and IPVS should be cleaned up by watching the SIGTERM or SIGINT. But they didn't happen during tests.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error
