Remove a yodh or vav if there are two in Hebrew #321

This is something that can be addressed in openstreetmap instead, through alt_name tag (which allows specifying an alternative name for place). So, this issue can closed IMHO. |

In Hebrew there are a lot of words that people write in different ways, for example
קריית
andקרית
, notice that there are twoי
in the first word.For input with one yodh/vav the search can find a result with two yodh/vav but not the opposite. For example the search
קרית אונו
will findקריית אונו
butקריית שמונה
won't findקרית שמונה
